The cancellation policy is as follows
Refunds will only be considered if the booking is cancelled 2 weeks prior to your date of arrival. 20% of the total accommodation charge per your reservation will be levied as a cancellation fee.
INDEMNITY: The Owner:
1) reserves the right of admission
2) shall not be liable for:
a) any loss, damage or injury, (direct or indirect) arising from the use and occupation of the premises,
b) supplying alternative accommodation should the premises be damaged by fire, riot, storm or the like.
The Guests shall leave the premises in the same good order and condition as they were at the commencement date. The cost of replacing any items missing from the itinerary list shall be deducted from the deposit.
